The restaurant is open for dinner(7.00 pm to 8.30 pm) every day except Wednesday and Sunday.
Sunday: open for lunch from 12:00 to 13:30

Combining rusticity and modernity, the restaurant opens onto the fields and the Basque mountains.
In winter, a wood-burning stove spreads a gentle warmth... In fine weather, the terrace is the perfect place to enjoy nature, the garden and the river.
In the kitchen, Pasko, Maître Restaurateur, offers gourmet seasonal cuisine.
He prefers to work with quality local produce, such as local lamb, Basque pork, free-range veal, Iratyruitelles, game, etc.
He also likes to concoct vegetarian dishes and treat gourmets to delicious desserts, for which he is happy to provide recipes: Gâteau basque, Mamia, Crème brulée...
Wines: a selection of local wines (Irouléguy) and Spanish wines (Navarre, Rioja...)...
Committed to an eco-citizen approach, we pay attention to the impact of our activity on the environment.
For our purchases, we give preference to Basque farmers and organic produce.
Our large permaculture vegetable garden, open to visitors, complements our kitchen with vegetables, flowers and aromatic and medicinal herbs.
